As the Media Planner, your main role will be to apply your creativity, strategic planning and offline buying skills to our client business.

Your day to day will be...

Develop creative and innovative media plans based on insights that will deliver on client objectives;

Work collaboratively with other agency disciplines (external and internal) to ensure the client’s brand strategies are effectively translated in media;

Foster strong relationships with advertisers, media community and key media partners;

Develop and manage media partner RFP process and negotiations;

Manage the day-to-day execution of the plans including negotiations, trafficking, creative coordination, and budget revisions;

Evaluate media opportunities and articulate strong and well-grounded POVs;

Stay informed of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets;

Investigate and utilize information from syndicated research sources;

Handle media budgets and billing including invoice reconciliation, and accurately track expenditures by channel;

Support new business as required;

Act as a CloudRaker ambassador.

You have...

5+ years of media experience (agency or client side);

Working knowledge of all online and offline media channels;

A firm understanding of media strategies, theories and methodology;

A superpower-like ability to deep dive into research and pull out key insights;

Impressive organizational and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for details;

The ability to manage projects, multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload;

Understanding of, and a competency with, Vividata and ComScore;

Solid relationships within the media community;

The drive to be proactive and take initiative, and a love for taking on new challenges;

An easy going, light-hearted person who doesn’t take themselves too seriously;

Able to stay cool as a cucumber... even when deadlines are looming.
